Hi, I was wondering if any german linguists out there could possibly aid me in cleaning up some confusion. I understand that in this language, der in acusative is dem, ein = einen ETC. However, my uncertainty is when to use the nominative verses the accusative cases in sentence constructions. Also, I know that dative things change the articals again, as well as for direct and indirect objects, things change further. Could someone either attempt to explain this, maybe over msn or whatever, or direct me to a website that clears this up. I have yet to find one. Danke
